Yoga Therapy Project ~ Breath and Insomnia

For those suffering from insomnia: lack of sleep, staying asleep and feeling rested
when you wake up, there can be many challenges. I know, I used to be one of the
"UN" sleepers! 

 

I'm conducting a survey for those with these sleep issues and their related symptoms for my upcoming Yoga Therapy Breath Project. For those of you who are struggling,
