Green Gulch Farm Zen Center, also known as Green Dragon Temple (Soryu-ji), is located in Marin County, just north of San Francisco, in a valley that opens out onto the Pacific Ocean. In addition to a year-round schedule of Zen meditation, study, and practice, it includes a thriving organic farm, garden, a gift shop, and a full kitchen that will be serving us a delicious organic - vegetarian lunch. Embrace the Fall Retreat offers you an opportunity to get away in the serene and natural environment of Green Gulch Farm. Immerse yourself in the giant redwoods for a day of Meditation, Viniyoga, and Tai Chi Chih led by Linda Prosche, C-IAYT, E-RYT500 We will be offering several different practices in an integrated format to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Discover a renewed sense of connection with yourself and other, like-minded students by the end-of-day closing practices and meditation. There will also be time for individual reflection, beach walks and hikes on the property.
