Yoga Club ~ Intimacy
On Saturday at 4pm, we will share insights with each other on what intimacy means to each of us. We don't just talk about things that matter in our community discussion group, we also offer a place to honestly share the light and dark parts of what it means to be close and connected to ourselves and to one another. Join us! with Linda Prosché and Steven Geller.
Yoga Club ~ Unexpected Insights
Join us on Saturday at 4 pm, to talk about things that matter. Here are two movies to watch where the character development is based solely on a variety of actions and reactions to life's events: The Rider, and The Big Lebowski. Your choice, one or both or none! These movies just act as a jumping off point for our discussion about the many ways we can react to life events - the good, the bad and the ugly. Our roles aren't movie critics in our discussion this week. It isn't necessary to watch them. As always, our discussions go where they go and offer the wisdom that each of us contributes. Both available to rent on AMAZON ( The Big Lebowski is currently not available on Netflix) Saturday 4-5 pm With Linda Prosché and Steven Geller.
Yoga Club ~ Asking for Help
What is our community for? Among other things, it is a place where you can ask for help. Asking for help can be difficult at times but we have created an opportunity for you to do so. Big, small, work related or personal. Let's all get in the habit of supporting one another through this life. Join us on Saturday for our Yoga Club Discussion group and throughout the week in yoga and T'ai Chi Chih classes. Thank you. Linda Prosché and Steven Geller are co-hosts.
Yoga Club ~ Non-attachment
How can we fully let go of the mind and still function in society? If we meditate and let go on a daily basis, does that lead to lack of motivation and participation? The key is to realize where we are attached to the mind, the emotions and the thoughts. In that awareness, can we also then detach to the outcome? Join us on this important topic in our weekly discussion this coming Saturday from 4-5 pm. Linda Prosché is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Viniyoga Therapist and we will be talking with guest, Steven Geller.
Yoga Club ~ Favorite Poems
Have you ever had a beautiful poem speak to you in a way that revealed something to you and about you that most likely would never have entered your consciousness in any other way? Join Linda Prosché, Senior Yoga teacher and Viniyoga Therapist and her guest, Steven Geller, on this topic. Saturday, 4-5 PM. Bring a poem to read and bring a friend. We are building community, one conversation ( and poem) at a time.!

Yoga Club ~ Loneliness
Loneliness ~ The Perils and Opportunities Loneliness is defined as the discomfort that results when one perceives a gap between one's desires for social connection and the actual experience of it. Most of us find loneliness a highly charged emotion. The discomfort can cause us to take a wide array of actions to immediately mitigate those feelings. And, sometimes those actions can lead us to yet another set of uncomfortable situations and feelings. There may be an opportunity for each of us to sit with, and see what will be revealed to us instead of taking immediate action. We want to hear what you have to say as humans and spiritual beings! So, if you have ever felt lonely, join us for a new time 4-5pm PST on Saturdays. Bring a friend to discuss what matters to you! Linda Prosche is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist and Steven Geller, Chief Cultural Officer and business consultant.
